This is an absolutely stunning skirt... lovely material, and lovely detail in the lace.. ... I love high low skirts, and I love how sinister give extra room in there sizes. .... but for me I was a bit disappointed on trying it on. For me I'd prefer if the front was shorter and alot less poofier at the front in the layering of the lace. The pleating in the lace makes it look too bulky, would be nicer if the lace was flatter and straight ( at the front) for a better complimentry silhouette on shorter people like myself... who is only 5ft2. It still looked too bulky and too long even with chunky boots for added height. So I'm 50/50 on sending this back, but the quality is great... just gutted it may not be for me.

I really loved the lace detail and flowyness of this skirt. If I could have kept it I would. But due to being 5'2, with a little weight on my midsection, this skirt seemed to swallow me rather than compliment me. If it was shorter at the front, and had LESS gatherings around the waist, for a straighter and flatter silhouette around the waist n hips, I would have kept it. . Sadly it made me look alot bigger than I am.. so it had to go. As the elasticated waist has generous stretch... I wonder if a smaller size may have made it look better ??? but I didnt want the hassle of sending another one back and another possible disappointment. It's still a GORGEOUS skirt.

I've received the skirt today. WOW!! I LOVE IT!! It looks so much better than in the pictures. A total showstopper. I love the fullness of the skirt and length. I can't wait to wear it for Valentines day. STUNNING!!
